RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your artwork.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email paul.wylde.art@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, you must return the print within a further 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything so that we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not return an item to the manufacturer or to an address shown on the packaging unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received.
You may inspect the print as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the item.
Once the return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will refund the standard outbound delivery charge, where one was paid, but not any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express service.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at paul.wylde.art@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
Where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights.
ORDER CHANGES
Each print enters production shortly after an order is submitted. If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that production can be stopped, but this does not affect any cancellation or consumer rights that apply after delivery.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
