SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union.

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery is free on all UK print orders.

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.

EUROPEAN UNION

EU delivery charges are displayed at checkout in the customer’s local currency.

Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Each fine-art print is produced individually to order using our specialist print fulfilment partner. The estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout include normal production and delivery time.

Orders may be produced and dispatched from different specialist print facilities depending on the delivery destination, product availability and the most efficient fulfilment route.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided by email when available for the selected delivery service. Some services may provide limited tracking updates until the parcel reaches the destination network.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur because of severe weather, postal disruption, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please contact us at paul.wylde.art@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

If an order is returned or requires replacement because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional production or delivery charges may apply.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, retain the artwork and all packaging and contact us as soon as possible at paul.wylde.art@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
